In my rush this morning I have left my sheet of Christmas activities for this morning's lessons at home, and e-mail hasn't come through yet.
I have to think of about a dozen Christmas questions, that the kids can answer using the Internet search engines.
So far, can only remember these 3 from my list:
1. What are the names of Father Christmass 12 reindeer?
2. Are Father Christmass reindeer male or female? How do you know?
3. When Santa got stuck up the chimney, what did he shout?
Also, does anyone have the site for any good (or cheesy) Christmas games - that don't need downloading, for last 10 minutes of lesson.
3 - you girls and boys won't get any toys if you don't pull me out!
I know the answers! I just need more questions!
how about how many legs are there in the twelve days of christmas....?
and that's all i can think of at the moment... having a slow day!!!!
good website I used with my class;
cool dancing santa!
Hope the link works!
Probably too late now but have a look here , hula - it's a junior school site but might be helpful.
Typical Jan - school's nany software is restricting it as a games site!
Mind you don't know why I bothered - half of the kids aren't even in school today. Had 6 (0f 10) Y8s in lesson 1, 5 (of 18) Y11s in period 2, and 6 (of 12) Y11s in period 3.
That's last lesson then!!! Y7 and Y8 have carol concert after lunch so I am going to get DD from MILs and take her along to it.
