Competition - some advice

Just looking for some advice....
I took part in a panel, whereby I had to be an active user over the course of 4 months. The 10 most active users won a prestige prize, I was one of them, the prize was supposed to be dispatched a month later. The company took my details (name , address , telephone) but nothing has showed up. I have contacted the company at least 5 times over the matter, taken to social media, but the latest email I have sent to them and social media have not been responded to. I do not know what happened with the 9 other participates and I have no way of knowing.
Anyway I do not know where I stand or what to do as it was a promised prize, I have emails stating this and the company/panel is not getting back to me. Any advice welcome.
