Considering moving near an MOT garage

Hi,
We've just had an offer accepted on a flat right behind an MOT garage. If anyone has experience of living near an MOT garage, it would be great to have thoughts on whether it's noisy, i.e. whether there's much banging etc. involved in working on the cars!

We live opposite a Kwik fit but have double glazing! If I am in the front garden it is usually their radio I can hear rather than working.
