Anyone used Royal Mail's 'Letter to Santa' service before?

Has anyone had their children write a letter to Father Christmas using Royal Mails free service before? Just wondering how long it takes to get a reply.

We've been using it for years, we always had them as kids and now my kids get them too.
It varies, anything from a week to ages - once, years ago, we got letters in January.
In the last 10 or so years, it's been a week or two.
