nikcola - is that baby on board by Dr Howard Clinton - a non-fiction book? If so, you can borrow mine and swap your amazon order for something else you've not read (as you wouldn't want to go under £29 and lose the free postage!)

yeah - tho not nearly as much before 1)having Ds and 2)discovering Mumsnet. I'm more into detective stories and thrillers than chick/mumslit tho. Also a bit into true crime - read all of Ann Rule's!

Sorry to hear you are feeling down Nikcola.

Have you brought any stuff for college yet ????
Thats a good reason to go out and pick loads of folders and pens and pencils. You'll fell like you are at school again

Wish you lived closer, i'd come and take you and dd out.
We both must learn to drive.

Hi, Nikcola, haven't posted here before and really sorry about all your recent upsets. It's very hard being on your own and having to cope with so much stuff. I've got two small girls and am on my own too. I know it sounds trite but if you can make yourself get out just for a bit you may feel just a bit better - maybe tire dd out and then you can both relax a bit in the evening. Hope you have an okay night.
