Moving to Halifax/Huddersfield

Hi we are looking to move to Halifax/ Huddersfield area. We have 2 children aged 6 and 1 so need somewhere with good schools. I would love somewhere with quick access to countryside/ good walks but also with a good community as I don't have a car while my husband works Mon-Fri.

If anyone could help that would be much appreciated as we don't know the areas at all! Thank you 😊
