Another one moving to Brighton...Any Preston Parker's?

So looks like we'll be moving to Brighton in a few months. Off looking at houses this weekend - mainly in Preston Park/Fiveways

Anyone around in that area? Anything I should think about or might need to consider that isn't immediately obvious? E.g. dodgy roads or noisy pubs etc...?

Any insider info gratefully received! Or friendly waves as we won't know anyone!
