Moving to Newhall in Harlow

Hi All,
My husband and I are considering buying a house in the Fusion development in Harlow. Does anyone live there or know the area and could give some advise as to pros and cons of living in this area. We have a 3 year old and both work in London. We took a drive around today to see how close / far the station was and it doesn't seem close enough for a walk, apparently there are no buses towards the station and the parking there looks very small and is probably packed during the week. Any advise will be highly appreciated.
