Toft ankylosaurus Edwards menagerie crochet help?

Dear mumsnet,

Has anyone managed to find the toft 'Anthony ankylosaurus' pattern. I have the book plus the pterodactyl and stegosaurus kits but I can't find anywhere to buy the ankylosaurus kit or pattern, unless I buy all six dinosaurs! Since I already have two of them I don't really want to buy them again. If anyone has this I'd be grateful if you could tell me where I can buy it. I know a little girl who really wants the ankylosaurus!!
