Women's netball teams in Cheshire/Manchester

I would really love to play netball again. I just don't seem to be able to locate a team. Having done a search on the internet a page comes up but when you click on it doesn't work any suggestions?

Hello - there are loads of teams/clubs/leagues in Manchester - can you be a bit more specific about where you would/could travel to and what level you want to play at?

Some clubs are a bit cliquey and you have to go to training sessions to actually get in a team.

Other leagues (like ours) are mainly just random groups of women who play weekly as it is better than going to the gym.

Thanks for the responses. I will look at the Didsbury one. I am ideally looking for a team located in and around Sale, Altrincham, Wythenshawe, Didsbury area etc. Where is yours based Strangetown?

Bury - so a bit far away. Some people at work play for Sale though so will ask around which league they play in...
I think the ones the list are mainly junior sections of clubs tbh.

Hi If you are looking for a practice session to join, there's one that runs every sunday evening 6.10 pm at the Stockport Ball Hall at Reddish Vale School. They run netball leagues there and are very helpful if you want to join a team.They have a junior section as well if any one has children that want to get into sport.www.ballhallsports.com there isn't much on the site at present as it's new but it gives you contact details.
