I am quite a stressed and anxious person. I get really worried about things. I preempt my neighbours making noise and so I never feel like I ever really relax at home. I feel like I'm constantly catching up with myself in work which means I'm also stressed at work. I really worry about my health so if something crops up, I worry about this. I am a nervous driver so I worry whilst driving...
Because pretty much everything stresses me out or causes me anxiety, I don't know how I can reduce stress and calm down!
Trying to conceive first baby and my periods are all over the place. Trying one thing at a time but the doctor told me to start off my distressing.
HOW?!
