Just saw this online. And tbh I'm shocked! I personally think she looks loads better now and she's definitely not fat! She's obviously wearing a baggy top. I've always like hillary duff but went through a stage a while back where I just thought she looked I'll all the time from losing too much weight. I think she looks soon much healthier now! What do you All think?
