Physiotherapy

I started a thread on this under work but wondered if I could bring it to a 'wider' audience. I'm thinking of changing career and physiotherapy is one of the jobs I'm looking into. Just wondered if anyone here has done/is doing/has a friend who does this job and could give me a bit of inside info about what it's like.
