Share your wisdom here. Useful tips for all be it life saving, money saving... whatever. You know how you feel the urge to spread good.

I'll start off...

Leggings/trousers for my baby were perfect sizes but for the waists. Bands were cutting into tummy. So I stretched waist bands with hangers overnight. Perfect. Still breaking past the age brackets. Be careful though, some materials would overstretch. I'd rather this though than the cutting in... or... you can save for later.

Body suits - I did chop off legs of a few for emergency home wears. Just an interim till I get new ones. Can also make trendy / weather practical by throwing top/dress on top.

A few grains in an empty colourful plastic bottle. I read this somewhere from another mum. My eight month old prefers this 500ml mountain dew 'toy' to any other bought toy. She rattles it non stop and fits her small hands. I don't know what it is but this is one object she hasn't become bored with plus my handbags of course.
