Are some people just born worriers? Do they think of things to worry about even if life is going ok? Is it a sign of deoression?

Im a thinker, not sure thats a worrier. I think loads which puts me in a position to pre-empt most situations which helps me cope if they arise. I would say that my interpretation of worrying is knowing I cant do a damn thing to change whatever it is I am worrying about. OOOOOOOh a bit deep for this time of night sorry.

I'm not a total freak then? That's one less thing to worry about. :)
