Is it really such a good idea to be sending credit card number, including security code through the post along with your driving licence????

cant ring it up as they have to put points on the licence.
If you mean ringing a company up, well, at least you will know which copany had used your CC details. Putting it in the post is leaving i wide open for everyone/anyone is it not?
They want the security code on the back written down. I thought that was to verify you had it in your hand.

You have to send your license in to have the points added, custy.

You've never had a speeding ticket then?

Tortington Mon 22-May-06 12:37:42

no i meant pay the fine. i had one not too long ago - cant remember how i payed becuase we dont have cheque books.

ihave had many speeding tickets - i am ashamed of my boyracering tendencies.

took my licence - paper 100 years old ripped creased generally sad - wrong address from 10 years ago - they sent if off and said they will require you to get a new licence (they said at the police station) and they send it back - stapled together
