Ok, for anyone that is getting emails bounced back, I need come info from you so I can see if it is my host or a problem with your ISP....
If you are using Outlook Express, please double click the bounced back email so it opens in its own window. Then, click on FILE and then PROPERTIES, then the DETAILS tab, then the MESSAGE SOURCE button. The new window that opens, copy and paste that whole bit and post it here so I can go through the IP routing.
If you are using Yahoo, click on FULL HEADERS in the upper right corner. The page will refresh and look something like this:

If you are using another service/program to send email, you'll need to try and find the header information. If you need help with a specific program, let me know and I'll see if I can find the instructions on viewing headers for you.
If you can do this for me, I can do some tests and try and sort out why messages are being bounced back. Thank you.
Please if this has happened to you, I need to sort it out as its making the swaps more complicated, if nothing else.
As far as I know pupuce,FestiveFly, CountessDracula and Girly have had then sent back. Anyone else?

Mine bounce back only 50% of the time, actually that's the replies.The fresh ones get to you. I use Entourage on MacOs

Ok, I've been on with my providers and it appears that they are filtering spam server side from known spamming ISPs...
Since Europe has loads of free dialup ISPs, unfortunately, most spam comes from here too... So, those of you who are getting 'BLACKLISTED' errors, that is way.
I have requested that they lift server-side spam filtering and allow me to do it myself. So, it's 3:22am(GMT) now, if those that received the "BLACKLISTED" errors could retry for me after 8am(GMT), that'd be fantastic.
To the others that are getting "DELAY" errors, this is a problem with the software the runs the hosting control panel and every domain that runs this software will have these problems. I have been told that the software's manufacturer has been notified of the bug and they are working on the solution.
Sorry for all the hassle, but with out you guys giving me the errors, I don't know what to make them fix! Thanks for all your help!
