Buyapowa ordered, shipped 6/11/12, still not here!!!

Hi all,
Don't know if I am posting this in right area, apologies if not.

I ordered a plush pet ladybird through co buy at end of October. I had an email confirming shipping dispatch on 6th Nov but still haven't received it! I have emailed and phoned them directly but have had no reply.

Has anyone had any similar experiences? I have bought items through co buy buyapowa before and had no problems.
