TakeMyEyesButNotTheGoat Thu 08-Nov-12 15:23:04

He was so angry to get sacked. He wanted to kick his boss in the King Edwards.

UltraBOF Thu 08-Nov-12 15:23:58

I always thought it was, butternut squashed the last one on a peel.

Grocer misconduct ?

TakeMyEyesButNotTheGoat Thu 08-Nov-12 15:27:44

It wouldn't have come to this if he had onioned up to his mistake.

Maryz Thu 08-Nov-12 15:28:58

Oi, this thread is vegetablist shock.

And very offensive to a man I know of (a friend of a friend of my m-i-l's next door neighbour) who has recently been sacked from his job as the manager of a greengrocers shock

He was sacked for stealing all the apostrophes, which he alleged shouldn't have been there in the first place.

I am offended and reporting your thread.

Oh well, peach to their own. Shouldn't have squeezed that customer's melons though.

(It's a stretch, I know, just wanted to have a go.)

lisaro Thu 08-Nov-12 15:52:20

I bet his solicitor's a bit of a smoothie.

UltraBOF Thu 08-Nov-12 15:57:41

Probably, lisaro. Lots of them don't carrot all about their clients.

Viviennemary Thu 08-Nov-12 17:01:55

Persimmonly speaking, I'm not sure if I believe any of this.

ItsAllintheMindYKnow Thu 08-Nov-12 17:10:47

sticksnstones Thu 08-Nov-12 17:37:22

Goonatic Thu 08-Nov-12 17:42:38
