I'm back again and as usual asking for your help
There was a report out this week which said that the 'ideal' situation for working mums was working part-time. This report reckons that that's the best way to have a harmonious existance and combine work with family life without it putting a strain on your relationship with partner.
Like most of us I'm a bit fed up with reports telling me how I should be rnning my life - soooo - I'm trying to get together 10 working mums to just briefly give me the low-down on when they went back to work/whether they work full or part time/how hard it was leaving their child/children and the affect their working does have on their relationship.
If you'd like to take part you can email me at [email protected]. I'd need to have quick chat on the phone and would then write about 250 words on what you say. We'd also want to take a quick picture which wouold go in alongside your words.
Also, while I'm on please any of you who fancy going on my database for when I'm looking for case studies on all sorts of issues that affect women (I write for Femail at Daily Mail) then please email me and I'll put you on it. Loads of you have done so already from here and you already help me to quite a remarkable extent.
And finally, if anyone wants to email me and suggest articles you think I should be looking at from parenting/women's point of view then get in touch. I'm always open to ideas and can often make them work.
