Hi, I have hired a village hall for my daughters 4th birthday. We have booked a punch and judy puppet show and there will be birthday food music and we're borrowing loads of procussional instruments from the church so the children can play to the music. Does this sound o.k? This is the first birthday party I've done. It's a bit tricky as my daughter is very sensitive and dosn't like clowns or magicions. She loves music though and last year we saw a puppet show and she loved it. I'm doing what I think will please her, but will the other children enjoy it? It's not as grand as some of the nursery partys we've been to but I'd like it to be as fun and relaxed as possible. If you have any other ideas, I'd be greatfull.
For my son's 3rd we bought a bubble machine from the ELC and played music - the children loved bursting the bubbles and dancing to the music. We also gave out a balloon each at the end (my children LOVE balloons!)
