You could get a lotion to massage her with nightly! We just use Asda Little Angels; it's fab and one bottle lasted us 6 months! Child's Farm do one as well that's fab. Also, don't used Johnson's bath products :)

Oilatum for babies - can be used from birth (check you get the right one) and cleared up
My DS's dry forehead at around five weeks old very quickly without irritating him further.

I used good old johnsons newborn baby lotion.

Midwives and health visitors seem to recoil in horror at anything like that, mine tried to get me to slather the baby in olive oil for the first month.

I gave it 2 days and the skin didn't show any signs of improvement and she smelled like she was going to be bunged in the oven.

The johnsons cream cleared the dry skin up straight away.

I was told to use E45 on my newborn as it's the only one that completely unscented without added stuff in it.
