Does anyone else struggle to find care for their children when they are ill and can not go to Nursery/Childminders? How do working parents cope in this situation? We are based in Leeds and there doesn't seem to be any ad hoc child care workers in our area.

Thanks,I had to take the day off work and it didn't go down well! Hopefully in future I will be able to use the services of a friends mum.
