Sorry but just wondering,what does PFB mean?

I was wondering this too and in the context I read it in its defo not perfect first born or similar...lol...it’s like...am I being a PFB? Then someone’s says you are being a PFB...lol...not in a positive way...so precious fucking baby makes more sense but not 100% on that one!
