Hi all.

Sorry for this really boring post but would appreciate your opinions. DD goes to nursery two days a week and we've been really happy with it so far. It's a really big nursery with lots of children in it and she's recently gone up a class.

since she's moved, the following has happened.

Weren't told who her new key worker was and old key worker didn't say goodbye or let us know.

she's not drank anything since she's moved groups (3 weeks ago) and they didn't think to tell us. Only told me as I'd asked as she had dry nappies in the evenings she's been to nursery.

Keeps getting nappy rash - only on days she's been at nursery.

Her new key worker gives us no information about the what she's been up to.

They used to send us daily photos and now get nothing.

What do you guys think about it? AIBU to think about changing nurseries?

Thanks for advice xxx

Sometimes you get less communication when they move up to the next age bracket. It's a shame they didn't tell you this though.

Ask them to make sure she's drinking her water / milk. Not drinking enough may also aggravate the nappy rash. Are they using different cream/wipes/nappies?

I would speak to the manager. If she over 2 then the ratio has probably changed from 1:3 to 1:5 so there will be less time to send photos as they will be focusing on the children.
