starting nursery again

I was how your little ones settled back in to a nursery setting?

I have a LB who is is 17 month now. He started nursery when he was 8/9 months old and went full time as i had to go back to work. Just over 3 months ago, we relocated so had to take him out and next week he is due to go back to nursery again and start the whole process of making friends and getting used to other people, but on a part time basis, but will be there all day when he is there. We have done he settling in day already, but on the days where I left him, he would get quite teary when he realised that I was not there but would be happy to see me again.

Did any of you have that situation? If so, how long did it take for your little ones to get back into the routine that they were used to?? We had tears at our old nursery when we would leave him and he loved it there
