nursery day choices? advice

I've got DS a place in nursery, starting Sept, 15 free hrs, attending every afternoon. My original plan was for DM to have him in a morning and DS go to nursery in the afternoon (DM had been looking after him for last 2 1/2 yrs). Anyway DM has a lot of caring responsibilities for her mother, so I'm hoping to get more hours at nursery.

I don't want him to go full time yet (don't think he could hack it). DM will look after him one morning a week and DMIL another morning, leaving 3 mornings I need nursery care.

What would you recommend? AM and PM days consecutive e.g. Mon, Tue, Wed or Wed, Thur, Fri, or space them Mon, Wed, Fri? Or does it not matter that much? I'm trying to understand what would work best for the nursery too. Would they prefer the three full days lumped together?

Children cope with what they have to
There is not really a definitive answer to your question
Whatever is best for you and your family circumstances. He will cope fine
