Nursery deposit

My dd moved nursery for various reasons this month owner of old nursery told me by email I'd get deposit back on last day when I collected her there was no deposit or owner or manager around. Staff said deposit would be posted. Her final day was the last Thursday of march and despite emailing owner I have still not received my deposit back or a response. What should I do?

If it were me i would go into the nursery personally. It's a lot harder to ignore you then!
