Advice wanted regarding changing nursery

My DS who is almost 1yo has been going to nursery on a fulltime basis for the last 2 and a bit weeks- he has settled in really well and has already started to form good relationships with some of the staff. It's quite a small nursery but is very expensive, he is the only fulltime under 18mo and is usually there with 3 other babies. It's also near my work rather than home so all drop offs and picks ups are done by me.
We have just been offered a place at what was my preferred nursery, to start him there in March 2013. This preferred nursery is near my home so DS won't have as early a start as my DH will drop him off. However it is much bigger nursery and he will be one of 20 under 2's
But I am now worried about whether I should disrupt DS and move him to the preferred nursery. Has anyone moved a baby/young toddler from a nursery and would you have any advice as to how to approach this for DS so that it doesn't unsettle him too much?

From the sound of it I wouldn't move him.It sounds like a lot of upheaval for no reason if you are happy with his current nursery.
