Just wondering if anyone had any experience of either of the Little Elms nurseries in Sydenham or Beckenham. Beginning to look around for somewhere for my LO and drove past this place last week.

Hi

My DD (2.3 years) is at Little Elms in Sydenham. Had a horrible experience at her previous nursery in SE23 so was worried about her starting in this new nursery but so far (since June) so good. The staff are lovely, the manager very sensible and DD has settled well. She is learning new stuff every day and talks about her activities and friends with glee. They've been supportive around her recent potty training too. I do worry that the outside space isn't great but her toddler room is a good size with direct access outside. Drop offs can be a pain as location on the main road so need to pack on double yellow lines so not ideal.
Have heard good things about Beckenham one too although never visited even though been up and running for a long time.
Good luck with your hunt for childcare, can be a bit of a nightmare in this neck of the woods.....

Hi

My DD is also there (2) and we love it. Agree with all Orangeone's comments re parking etc, but staff are great and she's learning so much.

There is a definite shortage of good nurseries around.
