MUMS, we need you!

I am currently looking for mothers of all ages to take part in a third year Criminology and Psychology dissertation research study. This study will be investigating the perceptions and views mothers have of other mothers who are imprisoned in England and Wales. This research is supported by the University of Southampton.

If you are 18 or over, and currently describe yourself as a mother (you have either genetic or legal ties to either dependent or non-dependent children and act or have acted as a caregiver either as a biological, adoptive or foster parent), we would like to invite you to take part in our research study.

The first stage of the study is being conducted online. The researcher has devised a questionnaire that will take approximately 20 minutes to complete in the comfort of your own home or wherever you choose to do it. If you live in the Hampshire area, you may be asked to take part in the second stage follow-up interview.

You can find our more information and access the questionnaire at: www.isurvey.soton.ac.uk/22048

We are recruiting until March 2017. For more information, please email us ss28g14@soton.ac.uk!
