This is the feedback thread for the Mumsnetters who are testing ScreenTime’s app.

We’re looking for people that have kids that are using screens/devices (iPads/Smart phones/Tablets) that are having problems monitoring and limiting the time that their kids are spending on these devices.

We’d like to test with people who’ve never used ScreenTime before. If you’re a current or previous user, we’ll have a test and prize ready for you soon!

Please be aware that these are what we call ‘Prototypes’ so it’s not fully functional. You can still click/tap around and get the experience of the app but there may be some links to pages that won’t work exactly how they would if it was finished.

Testers, here are some questions we’d like to hear your answers to, but also feel free to add any other comments you have about the ScreenTime tool.

On your mobile device, please use this test URL:

Any screenshots to back up comments are welcome but all you need to do is answer the questions below:

Can you locate where you could see how much apps have been used on a particular day?

2) Where do you think you could set a time limit for how long a child can use their device for?

3) On a scale of not at all easy (1) to very easy (10) do you find this interface to use?

4) Did you notice the play/pause buttons?

5) What do you expect to happen if you tap these?

6) What improvements would you like to see in the tool?

7) Overall, what do you think of the design of the tool?

All those selected who give the required feedback will be entered into a prize draw where one MNer will win a years free subscription to Screen Time.
