Complain about cafcass

Hi all
I read somewhere that people have had probs with cafcass and basically I have just been let down massively by them! The lady spoke to my son - who confided in her and she basically turned round in court and totally stuck up for my ex and he’s managed to fool her and he’s got access he wants and my poor son is in bits !! Pls help
