trendybaby.online scam or not?

Hi I’m not sure which chat to post this in but has anyone ordered from a website trendybaby.online? I found them through Facebook page ‘First time parent?’ I ordered the mamaroo 4 as it was on sale for Black Friday and it has now been over a month and I’ve not heard anything. I emailed them twice but no reply. I was on their website 2 days ago and it was active but isn’t today. Stupid mistake made by paying by card as there was no option for PayPal. Most likely sounds like their scamming people but would just like to hear if anyone else has had the same experience.. Any leads on this at all? Thanks

After a quick google it definitely looks like it was an illegitimate site.
Contact your bank/card issuer and tell them the transaction was a scam.

Sorry @asmabea but I’ve read other people have had the same thing happen with the mamaroo from this website - did you pay with credit or debit card?
