New Aupair Needed - HELP!!!

So my lovely au pair who has been with me for 2.5 years is leaving....in 2 weeks!! As a full time PR director & a single mum, this has sent me into a panic!! I have spent a fortune on Gumtree, Au pair world, findaaupair and childcare.co.uk but I am not having much luck. What am I missing here? I don't want to pay the EXTORTIONATE agency fees (are they actually kidding?)! Any advice would be much appreciated!!
