Hi all, just wanted a bit of advise really! I'm due to fly to Cyprus in 3 weeks, I'll be 11 weeks pregnant. I had a miscarriage in October and I'm scared something might happen on the flight! I'm a really REALLY nervous flyer too and get very stressed. Question is, would you go? Or just cancel the trip and feel more relaxed. Thanks in advance Smile xxx

Hi claire
I'm not aware of any risks at all to an early pregnancy from flying, I've flown throughout both my pregnancies in keeping with the airlines own rules (and also have experience of miscarriage) and I'm pretty sure they wouldn't let you fly if there was even the slightest risk.
Go, and enjoy, if you can. But if you don't think you'll relax whatever MNers say here, don't go and put yourself through it I guess.
Shame to waste a lovely holiday though!

I would, simply because whatever happens, here or abroad, 3 months is too early to do much. I was much more nervous around 7 months. You should post your question in the pregnancy topic, there are so many lovely supportive women there, mostly with current or very recent experiences.
