do muslins make good boosters?

I have loads of muslins which didn't get used when DS was little as he was never sick.

Have started using bambino miosolo all in one nappies and wondering if its worth putting a couple of muslins on them to boost absorbency as they only last 2 hours?

Anyone used them as boosters?

I tried but they don't hold much for the amount of bulk they add. I'm using them as draw sheets on DD's cot if you fancy trying that.

The nappy lady advises using muslin to dry baby's bottom before putting on a clean nappy - a great tip (I thought so anyway)

I have been using muslins aa a night nappy booster recently as I seem to have a stock of more than my fair share of them and have found them quite effective. Dry very quickly and work pretty well as added absorbency on my 15 month old.
