Koru Kids (or similar)?

I'll be looking for an after-school nanny to start in January, and came across an agency called Koru Kids. I really like their approach - you pay them a flat fee of £12 gross, and as I understand it they manage all the training, vetting, admin, payroll etc.

All of that really appeals to me. However, they don't have nannies available in my area at the moment. Are there any other agencies that work in a similar way?

Nobody? OK, I appreciate this was a rubbish title, so might try re-posting if that's allowed.

Hi - we use Koru Kids (yes we are London). It has worked very well for us although our first nanny is leaving after four months with us. She's great but worth flagging that they are only well vetted students. You might want to approach universities near by as students do have time?
