Hello!
We have two small children (young toddlers). I'm a sahm but also doing a part time masters.

Is it possible to have a v part time nanny (say 15 hours/week) but provide full time accommodation? I was imagining someone who was studying.

Presumably an aupair wouldn't work as they are can't look after little ones?

Nursery isn't an option because only a couple are within a reasonable distance and they are both really bad.

Childminders are all full.

Any wisdom appreciated!

You can have someone staying at your home all the time and have them only be working a fixed number of hours. They would need an accommodation license that set out the terms of them using the accommodation - a nanny payroll company can help provide this.

Pay wise you would need to come up with something which you can both agree. Possibly base it on their qualifications and experience.
