Camp Bestival or Big Chill

Am a bit of a novice at this kinda thing. Have frequented a fair few festivals but not with kids. Have a 3yr old and a 1yr old. Have looked at the line-ups of both Bestival and Big Chill and deffo looks better (for adults) at Big Chill. A question for families that have been, how much music do you actually get to see? I'm hoping that there will be a group of us so can do shifts looking after kids and going to catch acts. But how realistic is this?

I guess what i'm saying is what should be the factor for deciding, a good kids line-up or a good adults one?

There have been a couple of threads about this recently plus a link to an article in the times.

I'll look later if you can't find it.

We are booked for the larmer tree festival which looks great for kids but we also want to see the headliner.

Someone on here recommended it and also said that it's best to keep your expectations low, but even so, you'll still see more bands than you did in a year.

Good idea to go with friends (but unfortunately we don't have any any that want to go.
