I've got a song going round my head - how can I find out what it is

Sony Ericsson have this feature on their phones if you know someone that has one. You can record a snatch of a tune and they text back the title.

Have tried Songtapper but they're trying to tell me that the song I'm after is 'With Or Without You', and it so ain't.

Weeeeelll, it's Motown-y, it's a bassline (possibly multi-tracked), and it goes like this:

It goes down the scale for the first three 'lines' of my notation, and then up again in the last line.

Up tempo, quite danceable. Not a slushy ballad. Singer sounds like Smokey Robinson (falsetto-ish).
