Help needed for anniversary celebration -London mummies

I need your help ladies!

I have 3 DC's under 5 and me and my DH hardly ever get out on our own, anyway it's our anniversary in September and I want to go out and really have fun like we used to. Would love to go out dancing/drinking somewhere nice and lively but not too wild IYKWIM! We live in a London borough but would probably stay in a hotel in town to make it easier. Restaurant suggestions would be great too! :)

I would really appreciate any ideas as I'm void of inspiration!
