Here at MNHQ, we want to find out more about what employers and managers think about discrimination in recruitment against pregnant women and women with young children.

This survey is open to all Mners who employ staff directly, or who participate directly in recruitment processes at their organisation (drafting job ads; shortlisting and interviewing candidates; and contributing to final decisions about job offers). All data is confidential.

Everyone who completes the survey will be put into a prize draw where one MNer will win a £100 shopping voucher.

Here's the link: www.surveymonkey.co.uk/r/RGYBQJW

Thanks and good luck!
MNHQ

PS If you're not an employer but are an employee or have looked for work in the UK, please complete this survey here

Done and this has really made me think - I work in a large organisation where pregnancy/mat leave can be absorbed but I have also worked for really small companies where mat leave and flexible working requests afterwards have had a massive impact. I'd be more than happy to discuss this in more depth if you would like more than a tick box study.

Done. I suspect that as a lawyer my responses were rather more positive than many. If the survey had concerned promotion prospects for women however...
