The Childhood Eye Cancer Trust has asked us to find out what Mumsnetters think about children's eye health.

Please take a few minutes to complete this short survey. It is open to all UK Mumsnetters with at least one child aged 0-6 years.

If you have more than one child aged 0-6 please think about your eldest child aged 0-6 when answering the questions.

Everyone who takes part and enters their details at the end will be entered into a prize draw to win £200 of Marks & Spencer vouchers.

Thanks and good luck with the prize draw!

Done, but do they really have to know our household income?

To answer queries about why household income is in the survey - all of the classification questions in the survey are included so that we can look at the profile of respondents. We've added a 'Rather not say' option if you don't want to answer that Q, or you can leave it blank.

Bicnod - yep, don't worry - you're in

Happened to friend whos Sil spotted it in a photo and told her to get him checked. He now wears glass eye .(
