Pearson - the UK's leading educational company - have asked us to find out how you feel about reading with your child, and the support and resources you get from your child's school and elsewhere.

Please take a few minutes to complete this short survey - it is open to all UK Mumsnetters with at least one child in the earlier stages of learning to read - aged between approximately 3 and 7.

Everyone who completes the survey and who adds their details at the end will be entered into a prize draw to win a £250 John Lewis voucher.

Please note all responses are confidential. You will not be sold anything as a result of this survey and your name will not be linked to your responses.

Thanks and good luck, MNHQ

I've just tried to do this, but some of the boxes I can't seem to tick so it won't let me complete confused

I had to open it in google chrome to work it. I've just installed IE9 which wouldn't work it for some reason. Weirdly, when I went through using the other browser some of the answer options were in a different order.

Anyway. Done!

AnnMumsnet (MNHQ) Wed 16-Mar-11 12:38:55

Thanks Berry - the different order is deliberate between surveys but odd why IE wouldn't work - thanks smile

I've done this - would now be a good time to start playing my tiny violin and singing my sad ode about how I've never won a survey prize in all my years on MN?

AnnMumsnet (MNHQ) Wed 16-Mar-11 12:55:21

nor have I sad

AnnMumsnet (MNHQ) Wed 16-Mar-11 12:55:54
