AIBU to tell husband off

I wanted to know if I was BU. My 2 year old is about to go to bed and I caught my husband eating our 2 year olds candy sticks that he got for his first trick or treating. I said that he shouldn't eat them which our son heard and he wanted one, so I said he could have 1/4 of one because it's full of sugar and he's going to bed. Then my husband gives him a whole one which I told him off for and I went to put 3/4 of it back in the packet which was the last one in there. I again told my husband off because he had almost eaten the entire packet and I found out out he ate the last packet too. When I told him off for 'stealing' our sons sweets he stormed off and slammed the door on me. I wanted to know who was BU me or my husband?

Both of you. They're just sweets. You son will forget about them.

I'm not angry so much about him eating the sweets, it's more that I asked him to do one thing and he went and did the opposite.

If your husband wants to stuff his face full of sweets let him. Is your son really that bothered?

My OH pretty much demolished half a kilo of fizzy bubblegum bottles the other day, then complained he felt sick. No sympathy smile
