I have been offered a new job in Ruddington. I am from the south east and would like advice on good places to move to nearby

West Bridgford, Gamston, radcliffe on trent all nice places

Does it depend on schools?

Thank you, I will take a look at these places. No, not worried about schools, just somewhere nice with a bit to do, not nightclubs etc but art and sport and generally thing to get me out a bit as I am divorced

If you want Art and Sport then West Bridgford is your manor.

Ruddington is a village, there are a few pubs and shops but not much else. West Bridgford is lovely but quite expensive. It has the football clubs, cricket ground and water sports centre. There are also lots of gyms/ sports clubs, bars, restaurants and you're not far from Nottingham city centre.
