We’re looking for Mumsnet users to test BetterYou’s new range of oral supplement sprays, for hair, skin & nails, conception, pregnancy and children’s health.

Here’s what BetterYou has to say: “BetterYou is an innovative natural health company specialising in the supplementation of the growing number of key nutrients lost through our dramatically changing diet and lifestyle. Our products stand alone in the marketplace by their unique levels of quality and effectiveness.

BetterYou specialises in the supplementation of those nutrients that have become underrepresented or simply omitted due to our modern diet and lifestyles. Each and every product is developed and formulated to overcome absorption challenges typically presented by traditional delivery methods.

In response to the growing concerns around plastic production and recycling, BetterYou has spent the last 2 years developing a range of recycled and carbon-negative packaging solutions that enables us to drastically reduce our impact on the environment. We are adopting environmental firsts within our industry, and the world...”

More on each product in the range can be found below:

Conception
Conception Oral Spray is an expert blend of seven essential nutrients to support fertility and prepare the body for pregnancy.

Pregnancy
BetterYou Pregnancy Oral Spray is an non-nausea formulation of six essential nutrients to support you and your baby during pregnancy.

Children’s Health
BetterYou Children’s Health Daily Oral Spray provides an expert blend of seven key nutrients that are essential in supporting your child’s immune health, bone growth and psychological development.

Hair, Skin & Nails
BetterYou Hair, Skin & Nails is an expert blend of seven essential nutrients to support the maintenance of healthy skin, hair and nails.

Selected testers will receive one or two of the products available, depending on their circumstances, and will need to test them over a period of at least two weeks. Following testing the product, selected testers will need to give their feedback via a thread on Mumsnet and a short survey.

All testers who give the required feedback will be entered into a prize draw where one MNer will win a £100 voucher for the store of their choice (from a list).

If you’re interested in taking part, please sign up here.

Thanks and good luck!

Ooh - crossing my fingers I get selected for this one, I love BetterYou's vitamin D spray!

Me too! I've got the vitamin d one and it's great, tastes nice too. I'd like to try the children's on because my son has ADHD and I've tried so many supplements that he wouldn't take or didn't like. He'll use the spray though and is currently using the vitamin D one.

Fingers crossed!

I would love to try the skin, hair and nails one. I am post-menopausal and my hair and skin are very dry. My nails are brittle, which never happened before.

Gah. Just seen I’m not eligible.

Yes please. I would love to test the hair, skin and nails one. I already use the VitD one and have for years. It transformed my life in winter from hibernation to functioning. I have put a spray into both DC's uni packs this year. DS was sceptical then came back and said, "Apparently the only VitD supplements that work are the sprays.' Grin

I would love to be chosen for this as I have very brittle, weak nails and dry hair and skin so would easily notice if any difference occurred.

How can you not be eligible @frogface69. I didn't see any exclusions in the details.

I would really like to try the Hair, Skin & Nails, my nails and hair break so easily I would love to see if this made a difference. I already use the Better you vit D spray and feel it's made a difference to my energy levels. I'd also like to try the children's health one, children are 6, 10 and 12.

Oh. That's a shame.

I wouldn't have said that the only people interested in their Hair, Skin and Nails were those with a child of 13 or under. But apparently so. Hmm

(And yet, I too have been using this company's Vit D for years ...)

Bit arbitrary, MNHQ?

monkeyonthetable · 01/10/2020 08:05

Oh I missed that. What a daft category. Loads of menopausal women would focus on that category because that's when our hair and nails and skin start to dry out.
MN - would you feed this back to them?

NuzzleandScratch · 01/10/2020 10:30

Is it possible to get information on the ingredients of each of these please?

I’m interested in the hair, skin and nails supplements but apparently my haglike menopausal status isn’t of interest as I have older children. Bum.
