Our biggest Bedtime hurdles are trying to calm the kids down as they seem to get really excited when their Pjs on!
That's about it really! My now 23 month Old, has always slept all the way through and really looks forward to bedtime! Grin & my 8 year old loves her sleep to, think I've had it easy lol

It takes forever to convince my DD to get in the bath or shower but when she does eventually get in - I then can't get her to get out again. I find charts & timers help!

I tested the little angels range and loved the smell and "bubblyness" of the wash. My Dd has just discovered the joy of bubbles in her bath so absolutely loved how frothy it was.

My favourite product was the bedtime washlets. They were great for in between bath days when baby only needed a quick wash. They are a great size and still had the lovely calming smell.

I would definitely buy some of the products again but I did not like the massage mist as it felt too sticky and seemed to leave a bit of a residue on the skin. I would certainly recommend all the other products to other new parents. Overall, well done Asda 🙂

My 3 year old loves bath time but hates having her hair washed. Even with a towel over her eyes she moans.

My biggest challenge with bath time is an adventurous 11mo and a cautious 3yo. Sharing a bath usually ends up in a very splashy, disney-esque, Nato level mediation between the two of them and their different ideas of what makes a 'nice' bath.

Separate bath times may be the answer but trying to keep the other occupied in the bathroom is just as tricky!

I tested Asda's Little Angels range and was really impressed. I liked the gentle scent, and feel of the products. The range of products was great too - lots of different options to help with the bath time routine. We really liked the bubble bath, it was kind to DCs sensitive skin, and would definitely buy again. All the products were easy to use, clearly packaged and worked as intended.

I think the favourite product has to be the washcloths. I hadn't used a product like that before. They were soft, kind to baby's skin, and did a great job - a quick freshen up when it wasn't bath night.

The massage mist was a bit greasy for my liking, but the baby lotion worked a treat for baby massage before bed.

Our baby loved all the bath toys, and the toy net too - they're good quality and I'd be happy buy any of those products. In fact I would happily purchase any of the products again (except for the massage mist), and I would definitely recommend them all, particularly as I know Asda's prices are very competitive.

I've always found bathing a new baby very difficult. With my last two children (I have six) I've spread a folded bath towel in the bath and laid the baby on there. I fill water in a bucket and use a beaker to pour. With both hands free, bathing is now a doddle.

My children used to hate hair washing time in the bath, they did not like the thought of the soap going into their eyes. I bought some fun swimming goggles for bathtime and they always go on and they now splash, soap up, make soap pies and have their hair washed without a fuss.

My biggest bathing hurdle is now my preteen DD is old enough to shower herself. I know she gets water on her, but convincing her to use soap and shampoo can be quite the challenge... I'm afraid I use the threat of non wifi to convince her to actually wash.

Trying to get my eldest in the bath - she hates getting in and won't have a shower! But then trying to get her out is even harder......kids!!!!!!!!!!

A month ago my little boy (7months) suddenly started hating bath time, cried hysterically every time.

We overcame this by warmer water and getting in the bath with him.

He is back to loving baths again thankfully!

We find it hard to wash DD hair without tears. She doesn't like it at all

Biggest hurdle was trying to persuade DC not to tip the ENTIRE bottle of bubble bath into the water each time we ran a bath. I solved it by buying a few of those mini 100ml empty bottles you can fill up to take on holiday and putting a small amount in each. That way the DC gets the opportunity to empty the whole (sodding) bottle in, but I know it’s actually only a tiny amount!

Tester -

Overall I liked the bath soak best. DD has sensitive skin and so far hasn't been able to have bubble bath because it dries her skin out but we've been using the bath soak daily and had no problems with dry skin at all. All the products have a lovely calming smell and I was really impressed with how they helped her to wind down before bed!

I would buy these products again, although perhaps not the wash cloths unless we were travelling although normal baby wipes would do. I will be recommending the range to friends and family.

Keeping DD still was a a major issue, to busy trying to see what was going on.

DS loves eating bubbles and filling half empty bottles, diluting everything.

Not tested, sorry.

Non-tester. Biggest bathtime hurdle was hair washing as DD hated the shampooey water running into her eyes, but she's now decided to "be like mummy" and lie down in the bath so I can rinse her hair by supporting her head in the bath water with nothing running down her face. Hurrah!

Biggest bedtime hurdle is her singing away to herself for up to an hour after lights-out. Still not sure what to do about that one.

My favourite product within the range was definitely the little angels bedtime extra soft washcloths, the lavender scent makes baby smell lovely and fresh without having a bath which is great for those busy family days out playing when DCs are just to tired for a bath, i will definitely be buying these to keep in the house and have even recommended to a few friends just how fantastic these are

Only thing out of the range i wouldn't buy again is the massage oil, it was very sticky and felt like it left a yucky residue

Thankyou for the opportunity to be a testerSmile

I tested the Asda Little Angels bedtime bath range.

I was really impressed with this range of bath time products. They had a very subtle fragrance, which was a welcome change from other products on the market which I feel can be a bit overpowering for little noses.

My favourite product was the baby bath soak, which produced a pleasing amount of bubbles, much to the delight of my eight month old.

This was closely followed by the washcloths. These were generous in size, ideal for traveling and were perfect for freshening DD up. Although I have never bought a product like this before, I will definitely get these again.

The lotion was light and non-greasy and helped to soothe my daughter's dry skin.

The toys went down a storm, particularly the stackers and tug boats. The only slight downside is that one of the suckers on the toy storage bag would not stick to our bathroom tiles, so the toys remain sitting on the edge of the bath. It is a real shame as the bag itself is large and sturdy. But perhaps this could just be down to our tiles.

I would highly recommend the Asda Little Angels bedtime bath range and will definitely be stocking up on these excellent products.

I was pleasantly surprised with this range, particularly the bath products which I loved the smell of.

I thought the bubble bath was really nice - my 4 year old's skin can be sensitive at time but it's been fine with this one, which is great as he loves bubbles, and I'd definitely buy this one again. I also really liked the washcloths for my 1 year old for the nights we didn't bathe him, just to freshen him up. I've never bought/considered buying a product like that before but I will do in the future.

I wasn't as keen on the massage oil or lotion - mostly because we don't tend to use these although again the scent was nice and they didn't linger feeling greasy on the skin. If I had a newborn I would probably use the massage oil more than we did to test it (I tested it on my 4 year old and he tried to persuade me to use it again, so he was obviously a fan!)

The bath toys were well received by my two boys, my younger one enjoyed the pouring toys, and my 4 year old said his favourite was the boats. The only thing we weren't keen on was the toy net, it didn't stick to our tiles which was disappointing.

All in all, I'd definitely buy some of this range again, and would recommend to family/friends as long as the price was reasonable (which no doubt it will be for a supermarket range!)

Thanks again for the opportunity to test these, it made bath time very fun!

I can get both kids relatively easy in the bath but there's no way of getting them out! They'll sit there even if the water is cold and long after I've let the water drain out Confused. I usually have to convince (or use bribery) the older one to come out voluntarily and then the younger one will follow!

Biggest bath time hurdle is actually persuading our youngest to get out of the bath as he loves it so much! Bed time is harder-at the moment the problem is youngest son not wanting to be left at bed time. Think partly he is scared of the dark. We have bought a night light and will see how we get on....

Non-tester: getting the youngest to sit down in the bath. It normally takes getting him out and threatening straight to be to achieve compliance!!
