We were asked by the team at GPDQ to find Mumsnetters to try their app and report back with feedback on a thread on Mumsnet - here’s what they thought.

GPDQ say “launched in 2015, our innovative service delivers a doctor to your door within an average of 90 minutes. Simply request a GP via the smartphone app, over the phone or through the website, confirm your location and use the app to track your doctor's progress.

GPDQ doctors are required to meet exceptional standards of clinical experience and patient care. All doctors:

  • Are UK trained and registered with the General Medical Council
  • Undergo rigorous interviews with our founder & clinical lead
  • Have passed full background checks and completed detailed training
  • Continue to work in the NHS
  • Receive ongoing clinical and educational support.

Along with routine visits GPDQ can offer referrals and prescriptions, or just a little reassurance when you need it most.

Visits are calculated on a time basis and there are no hidden fees. Your selected GP can see multiple family members in a single visit, or discuss multiple issues. Prices start at £120, and include a 25 minute consultation and any necessary written scripts for medication, referrals and sick notes.

GPDQ is open seven days a week, from 8am to 11pm, within the M25 and Birmingham. To book call use the smartphone app or call +44 (0)203 805 1781”

1 Who did you book this service for: family member (adult/ child), yourself, colleague?
I booked it for my 4 year old child.

2 Would you use the service again in the future?
Unlikely given the price ambiguity, but good to know such service exists for semi-emergency.

3 Who would you book the service for in the future?
For my child.

4 How did you book?
App, then phone and then app.

5 Ease of use of app?
App was very easy to use but the app did not work properly and gave wrong timing.

6 Price - do you feel the price is fair for the service you received - weekday £120, weekend £150, bank holiday £200
I think it is acceptable but the price is not just £120 and can increase a lot.

7 Speed - how fast did your doctor arrive?
Very quickly, within an hour.

8 Quality of Service - are you happy with the service received
I received an excellent Doctor and he was great.

9 Would you recommend the service to a friend?
Yes, with children.

Other Comments:
I booked GPDQ on a Saturday at 8PM. I tried to book with the app and even though it accepted my mumsnet code, it was still showing £150. So I called the call centre who had no idea about the trial with mumsnet. I had to explain him everything and he took all my information (including the code) and promised to call back as he could not book my appointment as he did not know anything about it. He did call back 10 minutes later and asked me to book using the app again but told me the code will not work because vouchers were not working on the site. He had to manually add £300 to my account so I could book. I booked my appointment and the app was showing earliest time of 243 minutes (4 hours)! That's 4 hours! I still went ahead with the booking and the app showed Doctor's expected arrival time 00:22AM. That seemed pretty late to me. The time changed to 1:03AM within 10 minutes and the app showed me that the doctor was coming from Bristol (what???). I got a message that I will get a text message when the doctor starts. Around 9:15PM, someone rings the bell and we have the doctor at the door. That was fast but the app gave a completely misleading expected time. I showed the doctor that the app was showing he is still in Bristol and will be here at 1AM. The app was not even showing that he was already here. Things got better after that as the doctor was excellent and took time and care to have a good look at my 4 year old. He was nice and patient with my child. This part of the service was great. GPDQ charges £120 normally and £150 during weekends for 25 minutes of consultation which I think is acceptable. However, the doctor took a whole 10 minutes to write the assessment report and the prescription by hand. So effectively, you are getting 15 minutes of consultation, not 25 which is clearly misleading. He also asked us at the end that someone had told him that this was free for us and how we go this. I explained but I was not happy with him knowing this as I expected GPDQ to treat this like any paying customer.

After the doctor left, I got an email that the total charge was £250, an additional £100 over the initial £150. There was no explanation or breakup of the charge. There was no indication of the doctor's arrival time and departure time. If I was paying for this, I would be quite furious as the doctor can basically mark his arrival time early and departure time late and charge extra without any transparency. This is the only reason I won't consider GPDQ for future appointments.

1 Who did you book this service for: family member (adult/ child), yourself, colleague?

Myself after discovering mastitis overnight on a Saturday

2 Would you use the service again in the future?

Yes, if the cost was a bit less

3 Who would you book the service for in the future?

It's brilliant for those who don't want to wait ages in OOH

4 How did you book?

the android app

5 Ease of use of app?

so simple. a lot like uber

6 Price - do you feel the price is fair for the service you received - weekday £120, weekend £150, bank holiday £200

It is closer to what I think would pay for a private specialist TBH

7 Speed - how fast did your doctor arrive?

within 2 hours
8 Quality of Service - are you happy with the service received

yes the doctor was lovely. he actually was off duty but noticed that he lived close to me and could easily come (it was snowing that day) so my wait was less than 2 hours instead of 4 hours on a Sunday morning! Impressive

9 Would you recommend the service to a friend?

Yes if it was affordable for them.

1 Who did you book this service for?
My toddler
2 Would you use the service again in the future?
Probably not
3 Who would you book the service for in the future?
N/A
4 How did you book?
Via the app
5 Ease of use of app?
The app itself is very user-friendly, especially for people familiar with Uber. Enter your details and the app connects you with a nearby GP then tracks their expected arrival time.
6 Price - do you feel the price is fair for the service you received - weekday £120, weekend £150, bank holiday £200
An expected rate for private care but given that it would have been faster to go to the urgent clinic at my local NHS GP, I do not consider it to be good value.
7 Speed - how fast did your doctor arrive?
We requested a GP first thing and we're given an expedition arrival time of around 1hr45, which is great. Then GPDQ phoned us to say the Dr we'd been given had just finished a shift so they'd try to get us someone else. They then called back with the new Dr's expected arrival time of another 3 hours on top of that. Not so good.
The Dr arrived at 2pm as we'd been told but the app was showing anticipated arrival time of 2.45pm. This was in Birmingham; I think the waiting times will improve as there is more uptake among local GPs (as with the early days of Uber where Midlanders had to wait a lot longer than Londoners for a local taxi!)
8 Quality of Service - are you happy with the service received?
Easy to use app, helpful and personable phone service and great GP, let down by delays and inaccurate tracking.
9 Would you recommend the service to a friend?I think the app itself is very comprehensive but the service has potential for improvement. So I wouldn't recommend until these problems are addressed.

1 Who did you book this service for: family member (adult/ child), yourself, colleague? My partner

2 Would you use the service again in the future? the cost is prohibitive but id consider it

3 Who would you book the service for in the future? anyone who needed it. The Dr was super kind with my daughter who wanted to see what he was doing to daddy

4 How did you book? Via android app

5 Ease of use of app? very, simple

6 Price - do you feel the price is fair for the service you received - weekday £120, weekend £150, bank holiday £200. I think its expensive but you do get a very good service for your money

7 Speed - how fast did your doctor arrive? within 2 hours. Although the app was showing him to arrive around 1.30 he actually got here at 12.30. I didnt keep an eye on the app so not sure of that updated.

8 Quality of Service - are you happy with the service received. Very, the Dr was lovely and through

9 Would you recommend the service to a friend? Yes

We were very impressed with the Dr who was nonjudgmental about my partners less than idea control of his diabetes and offered us both some excellent advice about new control options and training courses despite the appointment being for a different issue. When dealing with the actual complaint he was through and reassuring giving realistic timescales for it to resolve and when to seek extra help

1 Who did you book this service for: family member (adult/ child), yourself, colleague?

Myself and my 11 year old son.

2 Would you use the service again in the future?

Possibly - I can certainly see circumstances where it would be worth the cost.

3 Who would you book the service for in the future?

Myself, my husband or my children.

4 How did you book?

On the app.

5 Ease of use of app?

The app was straightforward to register for but none of the actual tracking or scheduling functionality worked for me. A different Dr to the one reported in the app arrived and, although the call centre rang me to confirm the appointment time, that appointment time was not reflected in the app until 1 minute before the Dr arrived.

6 Price - do you feel the price is fair for the service you received - weekday £120, weekend £150, bank holiday £200

I think it is very fair given that you have access to a highly-qualified professional. Whether it is affordable is a different question!

There are also some issues, in my view, around transparency of when extra costs are being incurred. There was no indication from the Dr I saw that I would be charged more than the initial £120 - but I was. I do think this is something that needs to be addressed.

7 Speed - how fast did your doctor arrive?

3 hours from requesting the appt.

8 Quality of Service - are you happy with the service received

The Dr we saw was really excellent. He gave me a thorough exam and took a comprehensive history. My son just needed something to be checked very quickly which, again, the Dr did quickly and efficiently. He gave both of us good advice about how to deal with our respective issues. I was very happy with the service.

9 Would you recommend the service to a friend?

Yes. As above, in certain circumstances, this is a really great service to have access to.

1 Who did you book this service for: family member (adult/ child), yourself, colleague?

For myself

2 Would you use the service again in the future?

Probably not. I suppose I would use it if I needed an emergency appointment for a family member. Although even when my doctor has been extremely busy, if I have needed an emergency appointment for a child, I've always had it same day.

3 Who would you book the service for in the future?

Me, DCs, DH but very unlikely to use again.

4 How did you book?

Via the app

5 Ease of use of app?

It was easy - just like Uber. However, it wasn't accurate.

6 Price - do you feel the price is fair for the service you received - weekday £120, weekend £150, bank holiday £200

Absolutely fair. The doctor was fantastic

7 Speed - how fast did your doctor arrive?

About 3.5 hours after booking the appointment. It initially would've been faster but the doctor went off shift so I received a call very quickly. The appnconti used to list the wrong arrival time.

8 Quality of Service - are you happy with the service received

Am really happy with the doctor, he was great. The person I spoke to on the phone was also helpful however, it felt that some of the back room functions (like arrival time showing on the app) need to be improved.

9 Would you recommend the service to a friend?

If they were keen to pay for this and it was fairly urgent then I would. But overall I can't see using this service and I have concerns about the impact on the wider NHS of examples like this which serve to highlight creeping privatisation.

5 Ease of use of app?

6 Price - do you feel the price is fair for the service you received - weekday £120, weekend £150, bank holiday £200
A bit expensive for me

7 Speed - how fast did your doctor arrive?
Well that's a tricky one as I tried to book on Friday night but problems didn't get solved till Saturday 11am ish, but then it was within 1 hour.

8 Quality of Service - are you happy with the service received
People on the phone were great, although I did not get a timely callback the first time. GP was great - thorough, professional and gave me a choice of next steps.

9 Would you recommend the service to a friend?
I'd definitely make them aware of it and, yes, I would recommend it with some caveats

There were real issues with the app for me. It registered fine and when I tried to book on Friday, the app came up with a sorry high demand, please phone this number. I phoned the number, I had to register again over the phone but there were problems (I can't remember what now) so she said she would ring me back within half hour. She didn't. I got a missed call (unknown caller) at 10.30 pm but I was already in bed. Next morning, I tried again on the app and it had the same message. I phoned and they said they would look into the problem. I got a call (unknown caller) to say colleague will call. I then got a call from a mobile number (man was working from home) and he talked through the app for me. I had already done everything I was supposed to. On the payment option, it just came up with ApplePay and no other payment option. The guy tried to sort it out, said GP was on his way. There were about 4 or 5 phone calls in all. Quite stressful. I saw the GP (I checked his ID as the app was not working). I got another call, I had to give the password and it had to be reset. I had to give my credit card details over the phone which I was reluctant to do to as the man had used a mobile phone but he said I could ring the main number and it went through to him. The app then said that the GP was on his way and payment would be taken. I phoned the man and he said it was the system catching up on itself so not to worry. Hopefully that is the end of that.

I found the whole thing quite stressful TBH. I think if the app had worked, it would have been a different experience. Everyone was very pleasant, polite and professional though.

1 Who did you book this service for: family member (adult/ child), yourself, colleague?

My 3.5 year old. Ear infection.

2 Would you use the service again in the future?

I might do but only because we are a fair way from the ooh hospital and have no car (London) so it’s always a horrible journey with a sick child. That said, the service only runs till 11pm so at night when I’d be most inclined to book a GP they are closed.

3 Who would you book the service for in the future?

Kids, maybe but only if it was really hard to get them seen within the nhs.

4 How did you book?

IPhone app

5 Ease of use of app?

Very easy

6 Price - do you feel the price is fair for the service you received - weekday £120, weekend £150, bank holiday £200

I would be comfortable with these prices if I thought that’s what I’d actually pay. We had an extra £50 added and there was no indication from the doctor that he was running over. I’d definitely be clock-watching if I did use again.

7 Speed - how fast did your doctor arrive?

Took about 8 hours! We booked first thing in the morning and doctor arrived around 16.30. We were aware of this but we wouldn’t have waited obviously if our son was distressed.

8 Quality of Service - are you happy with the service received

Not really...
Doctor only checked the ear my child was complaining about which I realised after was a bit weird. He also only listened to his chest as an afterthought just before leaving even though we had mentioned he had a really bad cough - our gp just does all this immediately and as a matter of course.

9 Would you recommend the service to a friend?

Only as a last resort and only for something minor.

I agree about the worry of the impact on the nhs. The service they provide is really excellent. Our gp was worried about the lack of access to medical records. Relying on my word about whether ds was allergic to any antibiotics etc.

6 Price - do you feel the price is fair for the service you received - weekday £120, weekend £150, bank holiday £200
It is expensive but I suppose it's reasonable. If it was a bit cheaper I'd definitely use more often.

7 Speed - how fast did your doctor arrive?
Initially, I booked via app at 0800, it said the doc would arrive at 1030. I had a call at 0840 confirming that new doctor would be there within 30 mins but he actually arrived at 0850. So very speedy!

8 Quality of Service - are you happy with the service received
Absolutely. He introduced himself with first came to my 4yo who was v upset she was poorly and off school. He spent time testing her and answering queries. Didn't mind at all that my 11 month old in background fiddling with his watch, pulling himself up on the doctor. I had good accurate advice. He didn't write me a prescription as he said I'd have to pay for the private prescription and would be cheaper for me to buy the medicine over counter, it was £6 and I'm not sure what it would have cost taking the private prescription into account.

9 Would you recommend the service to a friend?
Yes. Tbh it was a godsend not sit on phone for 20 mins on hold with two small children at my feet praying for a GP appointment. Then the hassle of taking both of them to the actual appointment, waiting etc etc.

Testers - please share your experience with GPDQ below.
1 Who did you book this service for: family member (adult/ child), yourself, colleague?

For myself and dh to share the apt

2 Would you use the service again in the future?

If I was desperate to see a GP out of hours or for a service which I was struggling to get from my GP then yes I would but I wouldn't use it in place of my usual GP.

3 Who would you book the service for in the future?

Myself or my family

4 How did you book?

I went to use the app but it would only let me book an imminent appointment and I wanted ollowing week as it was a non urgent issue. To do this I had to ring up to make the appointment. I then got a call the day before to confirm and I then got another two calls on the day of the appointment beforehand to get further details and confirm.

5 Ease of use of app?

I couldn't really answer this as I rung up for the appointment but from what I saw of when I tried to use the app it oooked relatively straight forward.

6 Price - do you feel the price is fair for the service you received - weekday £120, weekend £150, bank holiday £200

It's difficult to say as I'm not sure how it compares to others similar but it seems relatively fair at £120 and £150.

7 Speed - how fast did your doctor arrive?

The doctor was about an hour late than the prebooked appointment. We received a call about 15 minutes before the appointment saying he was stuck in traffic and he would be about 45 minutes late.

8 Quality of Service - are you happy with the service received

The GP was very good on the actual visit. Very knowledgable. But before he left he said we would be emailed info he had discussed during the appointment (including a medication he recommend I consider) but over two weeks later we still haven't received this.

I was a bit disappointed as I wanted dd to get her flu spray done at the appointment. I'd already got a price of £30 going to a local private GP practice. I realised this would be an added cost to the appointment which I was prepared for and assumed it would be less than the private Gp clinic given the clinic includes the time for the medical professional whereas the extra cost here would just be medication but I was told the medication would be a £25 cost (fair enough, that's fine) but I'd have to pay an extra £20 on top of this for a delivery fee. This made it not worthwhile for me so I took dd to the local private Gp practice for this instead.

9 Would you recommend the service to a friend?

Yes and no. The appointment itself was very good and I was impressed with the GP but no in that I had a few teething problem type issues (e.g. I got two or three calls the afternoon of the appointment to check various bits beforehand which could have all been done in one go) with the booking (I'm assuming it's a new business?) and given I'm still waiting for the information the GP said he would email me it makes it difficult to fully recommend. The call centre staff had a very can do attitude and it was generally all a pleasant process.

I like the idea of the service. It saves having to travel to a surgery/walk in centre when feeling unwell. If money was no object or in case of extreme emergency I would use the service again, either for my son's or other family members. I found it handy to not have the issue of taking the kids with me to wait for an appointment. They just played on their room while the doctor visited.
I booked by telephone as the app wouldn't allow me to book.
The price is exepensive but if you ars desperate to see a doctor and need peace of mind it is worth it

1 Who did you book this service for: family member (adult/ child), yourself, colleague?

For myself

2 Would you use the service again in the future?

Yes, I can see circumstances where I would use it. It can be hard to see a doctor quickly here and if I was really anxious about something for me or the children - obviously not life-threatening things - then I would be reassured to know this was possible. If one was going away the next day and needed an assessment or medication, it would be a godsend, for example.

3 Who would you book the service for in the future?

Myself or the children or my elderly mother., who finds it very hard to get to GP. She has to be taken by someone and we are not always available.

4 How did you book?
Android app

5 Ease of use of app?
App was fairly easy but it subsequently became clear that not all information was there - for example, when I booked I assumed that the doctor had confirmed, but I was not in fact confirmed, as I later found out. I did have some problems getting it to recognise my postcode, but found out that this was likely wifi problems, which were resolved. I was unclear whether I needn't to exit to refresh the request. Little things like that were irksome.

6 Price - do you feel the price is fair for the service you received - weekday £120, weekend £150, bank holiday £200

The price is steep and very few could afford the luxury of this. As a service, say compared to a plumber or dogwalker, I suppose it is about right, given the skill and training of the servicegiver and the fact that they come to wherever you are. I wonder about the economics - what the financial split is for this Uber of Doctors.

7 Speed - how fast did your doctor arrive?

The doctor was scheduled to come in 564 minutes. I was unable to wait that long and had to cancel, regretfully. I only really had today to make this work and I began trying to book a doctor early in the day. My quotes were always things like 600 minutes, arrival times of 23.50. Most of the time, I got a note stating that there was a lot of requests on the system and I should phone a number to book a doctor, as I would be unable to book via the app. I was loathe to do that, as I worried that my minor ailment would be taking away a doctor from someone who needed her or him urgently. I kept trying for several hours to see if a shorter appointment would come. I got one for 94 minutes hence, so I signed up and gave credit card details and booked it. Then I kept an eye on it, but it kept extending to 100 minutes and kept going up. I then realised that I had not had the opportunity to give the code number and realised I would be charged £120 for it. I sent an email to the contact address but got no reply. I phoned and spoke to an employee. She advised me to cancel the appointment and rebook and then I could enter the code. It was at that point I found out that the doctor had not confirmed, so the timing I had been given was probably illusory. She was friendly but it was unclear to me how the code option would appear if it did not appear the last time I booked. I did cancel, which was simple. I tried to rebook but it was appointments around midnight again and I simply could not do that because of having to go to bed early tonight to go away tomorrow. I gave up trying to see a doctor at that point.
I was surprised about the length of time I would need to wait to get an appointment and sceptical that a doctor would actually come at midnight. I am in very central London and assumed there would be a lot of doctors roaming and hoping to pick up extra cash. I am right next to a massive hospital. The students are away, so would have thought there would be slack. But no. I checked out my mother's postcode in the suburbs and could have got a doctor to her within 3 hours. I suppose holiday time increased the pressure and takes out the pool of doctors - unless it is all these MNers getting the freebie.
I am sorry that I did not complete all aspects of the trial, but hope that my experience of booking and cancelling still provides useful feedback on this system.

8 Quality of Service - are you happy with the service received

I am sorry I did not get to see a doctor, though my ailment is very mild and I was only doing it for confirmation purposes (a dermatological complaint that is chronic). The aspects of the service that I used were satisfying.

9 Would you recommend the service to a friend?

I would recommend it to any friend who is wealthy and time-poor - though t is not as perfect as I thought. I did imagine a doctor within an hour and 30 mins in Central London. Maybe on a regular day this might be the case. I hate hanging on the telephone trying to book appointments at the GPs. I also hate having to schedule appointments for the children in school time - so on those grounds I think it is valuable - but it comes at some considerable cost. I might recommend it to some junior doctors I know who are struggling financially - expect they know about it and they may not be fans, as they are strong supporters of NHS! I honestly think that - unhappily - this is the future of healthcare in this country (also the current reality of course, given private medicine) - instant access to the brilliantly trained members for the wealthy, long waits - maybe endless ones - for those who do not pay in this way.

Tester experience

1 Who did you book this service for: family member (adult/ child), yourself, colleague?

I booked this for my 19 week son

2 Would you use the service again in the future?

Potentially if I needed a gp on the day for a one time visit problem

3 Who would you book the service for in the future?

Anyone in the family

4 How did you book?

Online app

5 Ease of use of app?

Very easy, no problems with registration or using the mumsnet code

6 Price - do you feel the price is fair for the service you received - weekday £120, weekend £150, bank holiday £200

Yes definitely, especially given we used this service out of hours

7 Speed - how fast did your doctor arrive?

This was not a fast service, appointment booked at 7pm GP arrived at 10:20pm, the app said 11:20pm so not real time

8 Quality of Service - are you happy with the service received

The GP that came was very informative, spoke appropriate non medical language and was patient and reassuring. I would have no qualms in seeing him again.

9 Would you recommend the service to a friend?

I would definitely make my friends aware however I wouldn't recommend as a quick service as the name suggests. We booked a GP for an evening consult, so we were already in. If I had booked a consult in the morning I would have had to remain in at all times until he came, would be more useful if one could book a time slot.

Also this service is only really useful for one time ailments, I would foresee problems with conditions that would require continuity of care or referrals back to the NHS as they can only make referrals onwards to the private sector.

To integrate private with NHS as a way of offloading a currently overloaded NHS system, it would be nice to see this service provided by gp's to their catchment area. Ie patients who cannot get in to their gp during normal hours can pay for a similar service which would give them longer hours of provision and flexibility of timing as well as a home service. This would then enable continuity of care and onwards referrals for such patients

Due to the estimated length of time for gp to arrive at around 4 hours each time I checked. We did not use the service as it would have been quicker to see the gp/walk in if urgent it boom a gp appointment if not. Waiting in for that length of time with 3 young children was not possible.

We would therefore not use the service regularly unless waiting times were reduced.

1 Who did you book this service for: family member (adult/ child), yourself, colleague?

I booked this service for myself.

2 Would you use the service again in the future?

I would only use this again, if I or my child had a serious problem and we were too weak to go to the hospital ( as we have no car.) Or, if I could have a doctor arrive right away.

3 Who would you book the service for in the future? I would book this service for my children in the future so that they wouldnt have to leave the house.

4 How did you book? i booked using the app.
5 Ease of use of app? The ease of using the app was very easy-however there were a lot of inaccuracies that I encountered after using it. For instance, the price that I was quoted ( £125) was not the amount on the bill that was sent to me after the visit ( £150). The name of the Doctor that I was told via the app who was coming to see me was not the same one who turned up at my door. There were also no push notifications to let me know that my doctor was on my way so it was a suprise when the dr turned up over an hour early. It would have been nice to know.

6 Price - do you feel the price is fair for the service you received - weekday £120, weekend £150, bank holiday £200

I feel that the price is a bit much for an every day problem-however if it is an emergency I would be more inclined to pay the above, however I am dubious as to how much this service could help in an emergency.

7 Speed - how fast did your doctor arrive?

I was told that the doctor would be arriving in 330 minutes however the dr came an hour earlier.

8 Quality of Service - are you happy with the service received

I thought that the quality of the consultation was very good and the dr was very through, so I was pleased.

9 Would you recommend the service to a friend?

Yes, but only if they were unable to get to a GP and they were very ill.

1 Who did you book this service for: family member (adult/ child), yourself, colleague?
Myself

2 Would you use the service again in the future?
Yes, if it was urgent enough not to want to wait for a GP appointment and not urgent enough for A&E. Also if it was out of the hours / bank holiday / weekend.

3 Who would you book the service for in the future?
My children and parents.

4 How did you book?
I booked through the app.

5 Ease of use of app?
Very easy to use.

6 Price - do you feel the price is fair for the service you received - weekday £120, weekend £150, bank holiday £200
It is expensive, particularly as going to my GP would be free. However, the service I received was very good. It was not rushed and was thorough. If you could afford it, it would be value for money for urgent cases.

7 Speed - how fast did your doctor arrive?
The doctor arrived within 20 minutes of confirming the appointment.

8 Quality of Service - are you happy with the service received
Yes, very happy. I got an answer to my problem which I hadn't received from my regular GP. I have had this issue for a few years. The app is easy to use and the appointment was not rushed so I was able to communicate the issue thoroughly with the doctor.

9 Would you recommend the service to a friend?
Yes I would if they could afford it.

My DS

2 Would you use the service again in the future?
No

3 Who would you book the service for in the future?
Would not use
4 How did you book?
Via the app but when I went to book, it said that there was no doctor available, then it was 243 minutes later! My DS was quite poorly so we took him to the walk in centre instead and he got seen before 4 hours

Considering how much they were charging and how long we had to wait, I would have much rather go to the walk in clinic!

5 Ease of use of app?
Easy to use
6 Price - do you feel the price is fair for the service you received - weekday £120, weekend £150, bank holiday £200
No, especially considering how long it takes
7 Speed - how fast did your doctor arrive?
We decided not to book the doctor in the end and used a walk in clinic instead

8 Quality of Service - are you happy with the service received
N/a

9 Would you recommend the service to a friend?
No

Wouldn't work for me but have had phone issues.

9 Would you recommend the service to a friend?
